Pasta Tasting in Historical Artisan Lab

This historic 'pastificio' is a small artisan company that has been producing pasta for centuries. Located in the historic centre of Gragnano, it is recognised as the birthplace of macaroni. We have recreated the manual production methods which are typical of Gragnano, restoring traditions in the only way possible: returning to the production of macaroni.
