Overnight Tour: Mountain Hike

Hike through the Santa Elena cloud forest to a subsistence farm for overnight stay after traveling on the legendary "Van-Boat-Van". You will receive local transportation service from La Fortuna to downtown Santa Elena, Monteverde. Then enjoy the volcano view from a boat ride over Lake Arenal. Next day do The Big Forest Hike original trek to another subsistence farm in El Castillo area for a refreshment break. In the afternoon take the 3:30pm El Castillo shuttle back to La Fortuna to complete the loop.
