Romania has had the hardest and most cruel communism in Europe, communism that didn’t taken into account over a million intellectuals murdered in communist prisons or camps like Black Sea Canal. After communism still remained Stalinist style buildings, as well as House of People or working class neighborhoods like Ferentari or Rahova. Contrary of those constructions, communist’s elite embraced the PrimăverIi Neighborhood, a neighborhood that stands out for the beauty and richness of homes equipped with swimming pools, saunas and other elements characteristic of capitalism.
