Beach Yoga at Eagle Beach all levels welcome

This is a very unique experience due to the fresh air, contact with the sand and spectacular breath taken ocean view. Ditch the crowded yoga studio and enjoy an invigorating, open-air experience during this beachside, instructor-led yoga class. Let your teacher lead you through a series of rejuvenating postures as you enjoy a stunning natural setting. Morning and sunset sessions are offered, and private classes can be arranged on request.
